Equipment description:
V300 vacuum welding furnace is the latest new vacuum welding equipment of our company, which is suitable for mass production of high-power devices, such as IGBT module, power control board, high-power LED and other devices with high requirements for welding, which can effectively reduce the void rate of the welding surface of the device.

Introduction of technical performance

1) Welding temperature:
The highest temperature of actual welding in V300 vacuum welding furnace
Degree ≤ 400 ºC.
2) Vacuum:
Equipped with mechanical oil pump (high speed rotary vane vacuum pump
40l/m), the maximum vacuum degree is within 10 PA.
3) Effective welding area:
V300 welding area: 600 * 250mm / layer * 3 layers,
Layer spacing: 100mm.
4) Heating mode:
4.1 alloy heating platform: metal alloy plus
Hot plate is a heating flat integrating heating and cooling
Taiwan (patent technology).
4.2 the load bearing of single layer heating plate is ≥ 15kg.
4.3 the temperature uniformity of each layer of heating plate shall be controlled at ± 3%.

5) Heating rate:
Alloy heating platform: maximum heating rate 40K / min.
6) Cooling rate:
The alloy heating platform can directly cool water, equipped with a chiller, to meet the needs of rapid cooling and to reduce the temperature at the fastest speed
The temperature can reach 50k/min (the maximum temperature is to 150 degrees).
7) It meets the welding requirements of soft solder (< 400 ºC).
For example, the preformed alloy solder pads such as Au80Sn20, sac305, sn63pb37, sn90sb10 and various solder paste with different compositions are also included.
8) The void rate of welding meets the following requirements:
V300 vacuum welding furnace adopts vacuum cavity structure, which can effectively reduce the void rate of welding surface, and the void rate can be controlled below 3%.
9) Ability to weld without flux
When the flux is helpless, the solder is alloy solder.
10) Temperature control accuracy:
10.1v300 vacuum welding furnace adopts the temperature control technology patented by Comrade science and technology, with temperature control accuracy ± 2 ºC.
10.2 the temperature control software independently developed, can control the programmable temperature section of up to 40 sections in the industry, and the temperature control can be controlled by up to 6 sets of PID to control the set temperature curve to ensure the temperature of the equipment in welding process
Accurate control and adjustment to ensure process consistency.
11) Each heating plate monitors and feeds back the temperature at three points simultaneously
One set of temperature control and two sets of temperature sensors are equipped on each layer of heating plate in V300 vacuum welding furnace cavity, which can feedback the temperature of the surface of heater or fixture in real time. The temperature control of welding area is better guaranteed, and the support for obtaining good process curve is provided.

12) Atmosphere environment of cavity
V300 vacuum welding furnace can be filled with nitrogen inert gas to assist welding, and can be flushed into HCOOH reduction atmosphere of formic acid, which can meet the needs of different processes.
13) The cavity is provided with an observation window for observing the welding process of the inner parts of the cavity.
14) The software control system for V300 vacuum reflow welding machine configuration:
14.1 the software control system is based on Windows operating system, and it is easy to operate.
14.2 process programming can be carried out through temperature, time, pressure, vacuum and other process conditions, and the software process can automatically control the whole process.
14.3 there are infinite process actions for process curve programming, which meet the requirements of complex process.
14.4 the control system shall meet various welding process curves, and set, modify, store and call according to the different processes.
14.5 the control system has its own analysis function, which can analyze the process curve to determine the information of temperature rise, constant temperature and temperature reduction. The software control system automatically records welding process, temperature control and temperature measurement curve in real time to ensure the traceability of device technology.
15) The temperature control system of Comrade science and technology patent technology can ensure the consistency of welding process. The temperature curve of the software system can be repeated in reality. The process consistency of the same product and the same process can be determined by the coincidence degree of the process curve.
