                               LED Automatic Solder Paste  Printer SP400


In-line model, with transportation system, can input /output PCB board automatically, and sent the printed PCB board directly after finishing printing. Realize the no-space connection between LED printer and LED pick and place machine.
Visual position is optional. Can realize that automatic precision position of Mark of PCB board and Mark of stencil frame to get precision printing.
Vacuum absorb is standard configuration. Can realize large area PCB board precision printing.
With precision motor and lnear guide rail, make sure stable squeegee slots.
Double squeegee, the pressure can be adjustable, the up/down speed of the squeegee is controlled by cylinder precision throttle valve to avoid resonant
The Squeegee can be lift up 45C and be fixed, easy to install and upload the squeegee and clean stencil frame.
The Squeegee can move forward and be fixed, with stencil frame position, can get best printer effect.
The printing work table and the stencil are spacing level, with microadjustation.
The Mechanical arm can adjust between right and left to suit for 650mm-1200mmPCB
Combined print platform has grooves and position PIN, and simple setting, rapid replace, and is suitable for the single substrate and double-sided substrate production operation.
