PCB Plate is fixed on a flexible work platform. The working platform is suitable for printing all single and double sides PCB board. The adjustments of the PCB plate and the movement of the work platform are driven by the linear square guide-rail and driven by double-frequency motor, which ensure high printing accuracy. 2. T1200D takes Japanese High-precision motor and linear guiderail to make the scraper seat more stable \.
3. T1200D uses double scraper, the pressure can be adjusted, cylinder flow-saving switch controls the up and down speed of scraper.
4. T1200D printing seat can be moved towards the front and fixed, which is help for take on/ off of the scraper and cleaning the stencil.
5. The printing scraper can lift up by 45 and then fix, which is help for cleaning and replacing of the scraper.
6. T1200D seat can be moved front and fixed to cooperate the position of the stencil for a good printing effect.
7. T1200D table board is balance with stencil, with high-precision micro advance lever set and adjust display.
8. T1200D arm can adjust which is suitable for different size of stencil in 470-750mm.
9. T1200D has groove and position PIN, be suitable for single and double size of PCB production.
10. T1200D uses arm, together with the adjustment of the X, Y, Z, θ Axes of the PCB, to adjust the PCB.
