Product Description

T186 is self-developed a new type mixer controlled by microcomputer, which takes the industry-leading position, with feature of good appearance, sleek design and coupled with membrane keypad control panel, compact, fully functional. It equipped with magnetic locks and buzzers, absolutely ensure that users personal safety, the motor speed is adjustable for different users and occasions. There is multiple groups of setting parameters for users to choose, simple, easy to use.

Application:

T186 uses the principle of imitation of the planet to fully mix paste in the solid and liquid components, to achieve exactly the same density, for good thixotropy and welding capabilities in the follow-up of the stencil printing and reflow. It can make the work more standardization to reduce the chance of solder paste to absorb moisture.
Feature:

It installed environmental shock absorber at inner side of machine for running smooth, low noise.

Solder paste cans and public-axis angle should be placed by 45 degrees, during mixing, the centrifugal force generated by the revolution and the power generated by the rotation axis makes the paste squeeze up at the top of the tank, and solder paste at the bottom of the cans forms Tornado funnel type mixing action, which can be soften the paste even smoothly to avoid the solder paste oxidation caused by the solder paste heating up too fast when paste lying down, and to avoid the situation that the air moves to the top of cans when rolling and doping in the paste to result in collapse of solder paste, and open cold welding in reflow furnace.

The paste has good wetting after mixing, uniform diffusion, excellent printing results, which can help flux in the reflow, while it does not

T186 has glue deaeration function.
