1. Introduce:
SP400 is the most economy with high precision In-line automatic stencil printer, especially for high quantity strip production. PCB is fixed on the flexible work table via PCB transportation system, which is suit for single board and double board. PCB position adjust, work table removing ,the rise and fall of squeegee are control by precision guide and Inverter motor . It can make sure the moving accuracy and high repeated accuracy .It's the best choice for  production.
2,Feature:

1. In-line model , with transportation system , can input /output PCB board automatically, and sent the printed PCB board directly after finishing printing . Realize the no-space connection between printer and pick and place machine .
2. Visual position is optional. Can realize that automatic precision position of Mark of PCB board and Mark of stencil frame to get precision printing .
3. Vacuum absorb is standard configuration. Can realize large area PCB board precision printing.
4. With precision motor and linear guide rail, make sure stable squeegee slots.
5. Double squeegee , the pressure can be adjustable ,the up/down speed of the squeegee is control by cylinder precision throttle valve to avoid resonant
6. The Squeegee can be lift up 45C and be fixed , easy to install and upload the squeegee and clean stencil frame.
7. The Squeegee can move forward and be fixed, with stencil frame position, can get best printer effect.
8. The printing work table and the stencil are spacing level, with micro-adjustment.
9. The Mechanical arm can adjust between right and left to suit for 650mm-1200mmPCB
10. Combined print platform has grooves and position PIN, and simple setting, rapid replace, and is suitable for the single substrate and double-sided substrate production operation.
11. Proofreading arm (stencil) moving and printer (platform), X, Y, Z can quickly proofread and adjust actually.
12. Electronics motion adopts microcomputer PLC controlling , touch screen control and can free to chose single printing /double printing ,manual and automatic mode .
