Each layer of heating plate is independent to control temperature and measure. The five layer heating plates can work at the same time or independently controled by the software. .

The alloy heating platform can cool water directly. Matched with large chillers can meet demand of fast cooling. The fastest temperature drop can reach 50K/min (highest temperature 150 degree range).
The fastest cooling rate for water cooling and gas cooling is 80K/min.

H5 vacuum welding oven uses TORCH temperature control technology with technology patents, Temperature control accuracy ± 1 ºC.
- Each heating plate can monitor and feedback the temperature of two points of the oven at the same time
In H5 vacuum welding oven cavity, each heating plate equipped 2 sets of temperature testing sensor, It can be response the temperature of heater surface, device surface or fixture surface.It will be better for the temperature control of the welding area.
12)Oven atmosphere environment
H5 vacuum welding oven can be filled with inert gas nitrogen to help welding.And it can be filled into formic acid HCOOH reducing atmosphere to meet different process needs.
13) The oven is equipped with the observation window, which is used to observe the welding process of the inner parts of the oven.
14)V4 vacuum reflow welding oven is equipped with software control system:
The welding process curve can be modified, stored, invoked and set up. The welding process curve and temperature testing curve can be recorded and stored in real time to ensure the traceability of the process. The design of operation process is modular, production is automatic and setup is simple, and the operation interface is easy to understand. The software has function of curve analysis, and can analyze the data of heating, cooling, constant temperature and time .
