Warm up quickly, it takes only 20min from room temp to work temp.
Imported high speed motor that can bear high temp, with stable wind, small vibration and sound.
Safe and stable transportation system
The chain and net tape work at the same speed and be controlled by the computer. The accuracy is ± 1.5%.
The Guiderail is made from good aluminum alloy, It has high hardness and can't distort easily.
Oil filling is controlled by computer to ensure smooth and reliable transport and extend the serving time of chain and guide rail.
Fresh air supply system
Fresh air will be supplied for each zone evenly, that can make the air pressure stable, high heat capacity and high efficiency supply.
Unique nitrogen and rosin Recovery Management System
Excellent low-consumption nitrogen protection system, pump out O2 and input N2 fastly.
Forced N2 / flux flow and flow control, N2 can be sealed and recycled to use, saving the cost.
Flux filter is designed into a drawer, it is free to take out to clean.
Forced cooling system
The cooling speedº C is 6-8/sec, the tin ball is bright and smooth, PCB `s temperature is less than 70º C on Exit
Powerful Programming software control system
Time-delay switch protection function, even cooling down when the machine off-power to prevent PCBs warp due to uneven cooling.
Power-off protection function to ensure PCB board came out normally without damage when power off.
Online PCB memory function.
Independent PID control for each temperature zone, can test PCB's temperature online, and analyze this data curves, call and print out.
Transmission system is PC closed loop control system, transmission speed and ventilator speed can be adjusted

Automatic time-delay systems: Built-in UPS to ensure that control systems and welded PCB board from damage when power-off suddenly.
High-temperature off-cover protection: When temperature is over-high, the machine's cover can be opened quickly to ensure that equipment and PCB board are not damaged.
Sound and Light Alarm: Auto alarm display when the machine don't work, fault record can be stored for repair and maintenance.
