T1000S technology parameters
1 T1000S is manual high precision screen printing machine, without electric components and air components(air handspike)
2 Position PCB with copper thimble and omnipotent thimble to make PCB ametabolic. It is convenient to print boards especially double side PCB.
3 The screen printing machine is suitable for different boards.
4 Lift of template can be finished by handle.
5 Position PCB pad and bore coordinate on the template by adjusting X, Y, Z and angle. Adjust distance between PCB and template by lifting platform.
6 Max printing area: 380*300mm
7 Max steel size: 400*500mm, the width of template can be adjusted, four point position to make PCB level.
8 Scraper size: 200mm, 300mm(option).
9 scraper: Rubber
10 adjusting range: X direction: +/-10mm, Y direction: +/-10mm
11 he thickness of PCB: 0.2-4mm
12 repeated accuracy: Less than 0.03mm, little error.

2 Scraper moving is driven by precision guideway to make no space touch between scraper and moulding board.
3 Using magnetism thimble and omnipotent thimble to position and support PCB to make sure take off template.
4 Install template with double side fixing technology.
5 with two scrapers design. The pressure adjustment is by mechanism adjusted, mechanism insurance control ascend and descend of scraper.
