V8S  IGBT Online vacuum gas welding furnace


V8S is the smallest on-line vacuum welding furnace in the industry. It is featured by large output, low energy consumption, low nitrogen consumption, small room occupation, etc.

V8S is specially designed and optimized for the special requirements of vacuum welding package of leadframe products in semiconductor industry and vacuum welding package of power devices. Currently in consideration of many problems encountered by customers in the industry, our V8S-a vacuum furnace V8S is launched based from some optimizations.

V8S features:

For example, for 72mm wide lead frame, the production efficiency can reach 240-300 hours

With 120mm wide power module, the production efficiency can reach 130-200 pieces / hour.

V8s technical description

1. Meet the welding requirements of all kinds of solder (< 450 ºC):

For example: sac305 solder paste; sn63pb37 solder paste; sn90sb10 solder paste; in97ag3 solder paste; in52sn48 solder paste and other components solder paste.

2. Void ratio of V8s welding:

Void rate of welding plate: < 1%

Single void rate: 2%. Different welding materials and atmosphere will give influence on welding. At present, this data is based on the comprehensive data after customer test. Specific to different welding products, the data will be different.

3. V8s supports nitrogen atmosphere working environment and meets requirements of various welding processes.
