I. Preview:
SP400 screen printer is the most economic inline system high precision LED solder paste screen printer
Suitable for mass production of LED strips
Flexible working table, pcb board will be fixed on it and moved by transmission system
Suitable for single and double size circuit board
Precision guide rail helps the adjustment of PCB board position, movement of working platform, up and down of squeegee, cooperating with frequency motor to move.
II. Feature:
1. inline system type, board inlet and out let will be done through transmission system automatically, when the printing process finished, board will be on the mounter to realize the connection with printer and mounter
2. visional position function is optional. It realizes automatic position and visional correction between MARK point of board and Mark of stencil.
3. standard vacuum absorb function to improve the printing accuracy of large size board
4. use precision motor and linear guiderail to assembly to make squeegee seat more stable
5. double squeegee printing, pressure is adjustable, reflow valve of cylinder adjust the up-and-down speed of squeegee to avoid the resonance.
6. squeegee seat can be upto 45°and fixed, which is suitable for unloading of squeegee and clean of stencil
7. print head can be fixed at front, cooperating with stencil adrawing position to achive the best printing effect.
8. the space between platform and stencil can be set by the adjustment of precision module setting
9. machinery arm can be adjusted at the range of 650~1200mm from left to right, for different size of circuit board
10, stable position PIN, set simple and switch fast, suitable for single board plate
11. correct method uses arm (steel plate) moving together with printing material ( stable plat)X, Y, Z, correct and adjustment fast.
12, electric movement uses micro PLC control, human-and-machine touch control, and can chose single/double time printing, printing by manual or automatic method.
