3.Production description:   
L16 LED pick and place machine is a high-speed pick and place machine, which is researched and developed for the current market LED chips, small resistance. With the easy operation, the whole machine adopts linear motor single cantilever structure. The mounting speed can reach to 100000 cph, so high mounting speed. The mount heads are with clips, so that the machine can achieve 4 micron precision during high speed mounting works. The machine can meet LED manufactures' strict requests about the output and precision.

2. Features:

Marble base frame:
The marble base frame is made of marble pieces and Epoxy as a whole. It is with strong stability, small linear expansion coefficient, anti-rust, easy maintenance, acid and alkali resistance, high hardness, anti-magnetic. The precision can be kept for 6-8 years, so that it can guarantee the high precision of work table and guide rail.  

linear motor positioning system:
The linear motor is without carbon brush and magnetic core. It has the advantages of simple structure, high positioning accuracy, fast reaction speed, high sensitivity, good following motion, safe and reliable operation, long life and so on.




16 Nozzle placement head:
L16 pick and place machine includes 16 heads. The linear motion of heads are driven by the Z axis motor, Z axis adopts belt transmission to achieve nozzles' up and down movement of suction and discharge : vacuum generator, electromagnetic valve make the pressure positive and negative change in the nozzle. The camera is used to determine the optical center of components, to achieve the precision of placement.

Fiducial inspection camera
The fiducial inspection camera is installed in head side. It's used for correcting PCB's reference point and ensure the placement precision.

20 slot modular feeder banks:
Compared with the traditional way, the feeding speed is faster, the transmission precision is higher, The structure is compacter, the performance is more stable. 20 feeder grooves greatly improves the production efficiency.

Advance control system architecture
L16 uses high precision servo control to ensure accurate position. There are grating rulers in X axis and Y axis to confirm the actual coordinates of heads.

Window7 operation system
The lasted pick and place machines use Windows operation system.

TERMWAY software system: The operation is convenient and easy.

Visual Correction function and feeding function are equipped
1.When software runs, first need to run back to zero. If prompting zero back failure, then use the emergency button to clear the remove and re - return to zero.

2.The emergency stop button can stop machine and make it able to move each axis freely at this time.

3.Click the stop button can stop machine, click secondly can restore operation.

4. When editing LED board data, confirm the first post coordinate, then the rest coordinates will be automatically calculated.

5.Click the implementation button,then it will continue the fully automatic process.

6. Single step, cycle and a fully automatic mode of work can be selected in the model.
