T1200D is the first printing machine with a digital Display-Module for the pressure inland. With the help of the creative design "adjusting system of the scraper pressure with a digital display", the pressure of the scraper can be easily adjusted to control the visible printing.
Introduction
T12000D is the most reasonable semi-automatic SMT printing machine with high accuracy. It is especially suitable for high-accuracy batch production or making template. The PCB Plate is fixed on a work platform which is flexible. The work platform is the similar with both single and double sides' circuit board. The adjustments of the PCB plate and the movement of the work platform are driven by the linear square guide-tracks, which cooperate with a double-frequency motor. Therefore an exact motion and a high accuracy of repetitions can be ensured. It is currently the optimal choice to replace a full automatic printing machine and maximally decrease the cost of the production.

T1200D provides an English and Chinese touch key-press (imported) which is simple to use. There is an Automatic display for the failure such as a guide to eliminate the failure, and it is convenient for a man-machine communication.
The automatic number representation function is convenient to calculate parameters. It is a real breakthrough of printing because the red pastern and tin paste have different specialties. The machine has a special function "automatically parameters setting". It can handle different kinds of products and achieves a perfect printing effect.
T1200 has a retractable arm base. The arm of the machine can be right and left adjusted. It is suitable for printing the PCB plate from 470mm to 650mm.
The printing scraper can be fixed upwards, rotating by 45 degrees so that it is convenient to clean and replace the scraper.
There is either a single or double sides' work platform. Model plate, comb fundus and thimble under the PCB (fix the thimble of the comb fundus according to the size of the substrate).
The Adjustment of the silk screen adopts the movement of the silk screen, together with the adjustment of the X, Y, Z,θ axes of the PCB.
