Conveyor Full Hot Air Reflow Oven T340C

Introduce:
1. Heating system: We use high efficient and energy-saving nichrome heating tube, advanced technology and long time serve life. Unique hot air circulation system to ensure PCB and components heat evenly and high efficiency, warm- up fast.
2. Safety protection system: We use large-power high-voltage (450V)SSR non-contact output, safe and reliable. Combining with unique fuzzy control function and data collection function to monitor the temperature and thermel value change, control heating part by min pulses and response rapidly to avoid damaging the machine due to large current under temperature control accuracy. Meanwhile, each group of temperature zone equips high temperature and voltage protection fuse to ensure the complete of system can run stably and safety.
3. Industrial computer and PID intelligent high precision controller to control heating volume accurately and response to heating varying at outside to guarantee temperature more evenly. The machine is modularization design for easy to maintenance and repair.
4. Outer shell and furnace can be open entirely for easy to clean and maintenance

Main Features:
A. Welding control visibility: TR340C uses advanced furnace temperature collection system. It can test furnace temperature automatically. Temperature curve can be saved and printed out.
B. Reliable and stable transmission system: TR340C driving system uses high-quality motor, closed-loop speed adjustment combination with gearbox reducer of 1: 100, runs stable with the speed of 0-1600mm/min.
C. Stable and reliable electronic control system: Relay switch protection function, temperature cool down after power off to avoid component deform and heater damage due to uneven cooling.
D. Sudden power-off protection to endure PCB board output without damage, Windows operation platform is strong and high stability.
