Full automatic lead free double wave solder machine TB880C can coat flux ,preheat,weld and cool automatically , mainly for whole welding SMD, short DIP component and mixed type PCB .
The center of TB880C is PLC ,adopted mode control and multi protect design, make it high automatic ,high reliable ,and better quality. The soldering system adopted the advanced wave soldering technical can get the best welding effect.
○The spray coated area is adjusted as the size of PCB, no need adjust the sensor by man.
○Adopted PID control on the preheating system and soldering system ,stable and high precision control.
○Preheating system adopts independent temperature control ,2 long preheating zones ,1200mm length ,which can make sure the best soldering .
