Product Description

1. Heating systems: Nickel heat pipes which is high efficiency and energy saving, advanced technology and long life. Hot air circulation system, uniform heating, high efficiency, rapid warming up.
2. Security systems: Non-contact solid-state relay SSR output which is high-current and high voltage (450V), safe, reliable, combining fuzzy control and data acquisition function, it will monitor temperature in the machine, controlling heating components with min impulse. Besides accuracy temperature, at the same it can avoid damaging machine because of large voltage. High temperature anti-pressure insurance pipe is in every temperature zone, so that the entire system can be a long-term safe and reliable operation.
3. It is with PID controller. By the PID intelligent computing, control heating and quickly respond to changes in the external and make temperature balance by inner controlling internal controls to ensure the adoption of a more balanced temperature. Modular design is convenient for maintenance and repair.
4. The cover can be open, it is convenient for clean and maintain.
